ABOUT OUR RATES
We are proud of our work because of the superior results we produce, not by how many hours we get to charge our customers. That's why we set standard rates for many regularly performed tasks instead of charging by the hour.
Our team loves it because they can focus on doing a great job rather than watching the clock. Our customers love it because they can plan their boats' maintenance program with full knowledge, ahead of time, of what the work will cost.
Our service packages are also set at rates that are less than the total of the individual services. This is done to encourage customers to take a comprehensive approach to maintaining their boats. Providing packaged or scheduled services is cheaper overall for us, so we are able to pass that savings on to our customers. Rates are set for service dockside and may be discounted when performed at dry dock.
Our rates are based on boats subjected to normal wear and tear and may be adjusted for boats that have been extremely neglected. In the rare event that happens, we will not begin work unless you agree in advance. Please be advised that our rates may change at any time.
OUR PAYMENT POLICY
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) in addition to cash and checks.
Fees for one-time services will be invoiced on the 5th business day of the month following the completion of service and due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
Fees for scheduled maintenance will also be invoiced as described above however customers may choose to set up automatic monthly credit card payments to be processed on the 5th business day of the month following the completion of service. Automatic payments may be terminated at any time by the customer.
Fees for the first month of 6-month scheduled maintenance agreements must be paid before services begin and will be invoiced monthly thereafter. Customers may choose to set up automatic monthly credit card payments for the remaining 5 months' payments or send payments when invoiced.
If a 6-month agreement is terminated prior to the agreed term, the customer will be invoiced for the difference between 6-month contract rates and individual rates for all services already performed.
Balances past due 30 days or more are subject to a monthly finance charge of 5% and a late payment fee of $5 each month an account is past due. Accounts past 60 days will be referred to a collections agency.
There is a $25 fee for each returned check or credit card chargeback.
